Ocean Cay utilizes an Alert System to inform the homeowners driving into the community there is new information available to them from the Board or management company.

The Ocean Cay sign in front of the cabana will host the alert signs when necessary. The appropriate color coded sign will be placed at the bottom of the stanchion notifying homeowners they should look for a communiqué. We feel it is important to relay information to our community as quickly as possible and this system should offer us the best opportunity to do so.

Here is what to expect:

Red Alert:	Security Alert; immediately check email or postings!
Yellow Alert:	An Ocean Cay notice has been sent; check email or postings!
Blue Alert:	There has been an update to the website. Check email or posting for details!
