YOU'RE INVITED AND WELCOME To all meetings of the Board of Directors and Ocean Cay Committees they are open to all residents.

The Board of Directors will conduct scheduled meetings on a monthly basis (special meetings as needed) until further notice. These meetings will be held at 6:30 PM on the third Wed. of each month. If you are interested in attending, please contact any Board Member for the location and tentative agenda of the next meeting.

Committee meetings are also open to everyone. Please contact the chairperson for meeting information.

The notice box in the pool cabana will be used to post notices and a sign will be placed at the entrance. In addition, we hope to use the Newsletter and perhaps a Web Page to keep you up to date. Until all these tools are in place, please call or e-mail anyone on the Board.
