Welcome to the Ocean Cay Homeowners’ web site!

This web site has been developed for the purpose of communicating to the homeowners of Ocean Cay and to promote the exchange of ideas for the improvement of our community.

Ocean Cay is a “Deed Restricted” community governed by a Board of elected homeowners and professionally managed by The Continental Group, Inc.

Our community consists of 187 homes built beginning in August of 1998 and completing in 2001. The Board of Governors meet regularly and they encourage your participation in the further development and governance of Ocean Cay.

Leadership of the Ocean Cay Homeowners’ Association strives for the betterment of life in our community; for everyone!

Our community is managed by a professional company called The Continental Group, Inc. . They are retained by Ocean Cay to provide daily, monthly and annual management of homeowners needs.
